Why is staying at home and caring for your family not good enough for women? Why do they have the desire to be in the workforce? (This doesn?t include mothers who HAVE to work to help support their family)

Because women are more than mothers. Some women would like to contribute to the family by earning an income. When the children are in school full time, there are many empty hours in a day. You can only clean and cook so much.
